    • Handling time (order processing): 1-3 working day
    • Transit time (delivery): 2 to 3 working days

  • Shipping costs for orders under R1500 = R95
  • All orders over R1500 receive free local shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

USA SHIPPING COSTS:

  • Shipping costs include custom Duties

  • Orders between R0 – R9,999 will have a shipping rate between R395 and R2120

  • Orders between R10,000 – R20,000 will have a shipping rate between R2120 and R3020

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • Europe:
    We are registered with EUR1, and import duties should not apply. However, local customs may charge VAT or a clearance/handling fee. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are outside of our control.
  • USA:
    All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The import tariff is included in your shipping cost, so you should not be charged additional duties upon delivery.
