Wren Survey

Last week I sent out a questionnaire to some of Wren’s previous buyers (selected at random). The idea was to get some constructive feedback. Below is a summary of the response’s:

1. Did your Wren bag/bird pouch live up to your expectations?

Expectations were definitely exceeded!

Very good value for the price.

It was very well made, and the perfect size for everything i carry. It held up to a bit of abuse, and is still very much intact.

2. What is your favourite thing about Wren?

Quality. Fabric. Colour combo’s. It is cute and functional. The discreet magnets. Original design. Customer service. Bag size is perfect. Reinforced bottom. The outside pouch, it fits my cell phone perfectly! Delicately crafted. Style and pattern of the bag. I love birds. Matching birds and bags. The whole theme. Incorporation of traditional prints and textiles with personal style/touch. The little red logo/label. Custom ordering.

3. Did your Wren parcel arrive safely and in good condition?

Arrived in a perfect condition and although some of the parcels take a while (or at least it feels like it) they arrive within the expected time (with exception of one poor little bird who is still flying around looking for it’s way back home).

Loved the wrapping! It was like opening a gift!

4. How did you ‘discover’ Wren?

5. Do you have any suggestions for new Wren products or ways to improve the current Wren products available?

Leather/fabric combo; larger variety of fabrics and colors; More variety and spunk with materials; Bird Pouches to be more uniform; Some less patterned fabrics/solid colours; More small selvage accessories/pouches; Possibly use velcro for the bird’s tail/wristlet so that it can fit all sized hands/wrists; Some “beach size” bags for the summer.
